New Hotel Health & Hygiene Standards

Our hotels have introduced new standards of hotel cleanliness and disinfection to ensure Great National Hotels and Resorts guests enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay. Health and hygiene measures include:

  • Reinforcing hand hygiene
  • New operational measures across all departments.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning in all areas & an additional sterilisation process.
  • Covid Compliance Officers in our hotels.
  • Provision of alcohol-based sanitisers throughout our hotels.
  • Encourage physical distancing by posting new signage to ensure proper separation in queues and common areas; discouraging congregating in heavily trafficked areas; reconfiguring public spaces; and limiting the number of staff and guests in various areas
  • Additional time allocated to cleaning and disinfecting of guest rooms
  • Limited or modified hours for amenity areas, such as gyms, spas, pool areas, to allow additional cleaning throughout the day
