What Our Guests Say

A wonderfully relaxing family stay....

"Just returned from a five night stay at the Penmere Manor for our annual relaxed family holiday to Cornwall. As a family (including grandparents and teenagers) we cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The superior rooms were wonderful with everything you could want. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna area was fantastic and we ended each day with a wonderfully relaxing quiet hour in the leisure club. We ate in the restaurant every night and could not fault the food - on the first night the Chef came out to ask if we had enjoyed our food - which was always deliciously freshly prepared and cooked - with the Chef more than happy to cater for any specific food requests. Most of all, however, the friendly staff really made our break - attentive yet understated, genuinely willing to do whatever possible to ensure we had the best stay possible, whilst allowing us space to relax and unwind in the lovely setting. A rare gem of genuine relaxed hospitality."

Really Enjoyed Our Stay...

"Stayed for just one night. Stayed in room 16 ground floor next to reception. Room was clean & fresh, we never heard a sound from any other room during our stay. We used the gym pool jacuzzi & sauna all were great & all to ourselves. We didn't eat in restaurant in the evening as we went out, but the prices were very reasonable on the menu, The next morning we had breakfast which is cooked to order & was very nice, there is also a selection of cold buffet items. All the staff we met were polite & friendly. We had no problems at all during our stay. Would definitely stay here again."
